TORONTO, ON—Like many of the contact centres amidst the COVID-19 pandemic the Greater Toronto Area Contact Centre Association (GTACC)’s annual conference is going virtual in 2020. The online event, GTACC 2020 Rising Above CX/EX Leadership Summit, is taking place Thursday November 5, 2020, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST.
The Summit will feature keynote sessions, technology case studies, informal fireside chats, and industry breakouts and leadership panels. There will also be supplier/industry partner demos. Here are some of the topics whose insights that attendees can expect to receive from leaders across Canada:

- Diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- Keeping the remote workforce engaged.
- Collaboration tools for the remote workforce.

Networking will also be part of the virtual event. Attendees will be able to connect with leading industry suppliers in the Virtual GTACC café. They are invited to participate in some fun interactive activities with the sponsors and get their names on the leaderboard.
