TORONTO, ON–Republix, a new marketing technology company that unites top-tier agencies to clients, and clients to predictable results, has officially launched its brand across North America.

Created to unite a fragmented service-oriented industry that is rapidly evolving with the post-COVID-19 digital world, Republix connects businesses with the perfect combination of people, processes and technology.

The company recently acquired six agencies: Arcane, eRational Marketing, Integrity, Linked IntoLeads, Media Mechanics and Tag. It is also building its “Growth as a Service” technology platform.

“In an ever-changing digital media landscape and fragmented marketing industry, it has become a significant challenge for business leaders to find the right agency partner and understand how to hold them accountable to results,” said Thomas Le Maguer, co-founder and CEO, Republix. “With Republix, the game has changed, and we aim to solve this problem through technology. We are fusing these disciplines under one roof and allowing clients to tap into resources seamlessly, so they have the right people at the right time when they need them most, with predictable results.”

The official launch is the culmination of a year-long journey for Republix. In addition to establishing an executive team, advisory board and brand position, it has included the acquisition of the six agencies that represents over $20 million in revenues.

These agencies are now “Citizens” of Republix. Unlike holding companies, these agencies will continue to be run independently and are free to manage their people, culture and business as they always have. In turn, they will now have more significant support, shared services and operational guidance that are often lacking in the agency space. Republix is actively seeking new agencies to add to its portfolio to grow its core competencies.

“We believe there’s a better and bolder way for agencies and their clients to grow together, leveraging each other’s strengths to generate a stronger whole,” said Mandy Grewal, president and COO, Republix. “In addition to bringing new Citizens aboard, we are bypassing the traditional agency model and developing the industry’s only ‘Growth as a Service’ technology platform. Together, we offer a more profound service offering, drive remarkable results, and provide accountability and ROI [return on investment] across all marketing initiatives.”

By consolidating the fragmented digital marketing and advertising industry, Republix offers agencies and clients an opportunity to:

–Leverage technology. Based on a company’s business objectives, Republix’ Growth as a Service platform will pick the best growth strategy for a business, protect their marketing investment and produce measurable outcomes with accountability.

–Redefine proceduresRepublix will use its collective expertise to identify gaps and empower its Citizens to orchestrate their people, processes, and technology optimally.

–Shed limitations. Citizens are part of an ecosystem of seamless collaboration. They can tap into resources beyond their core competencies to expand their offerings.

–Free up timeRepublix will handle agency operations to focus on what they do best while maximizing client results.

“We like to think that being part of Republix is about being part of something bigger: a coalition of challengers united by a mission to create a better world for business leaders, CMOs [chief marketing officers] and marketing agencies,” added Le Maguer. “Today is an exciting time for both our company and the industry as we launch our new offering to help companies across North America grow their businesses in a profoundly unique way.”
