travel experience made easier and enjoyable

With the swipe of the CIBC Aventura card, the CIBC Aventura Virtual Concierge engages a passenger with a series of questions and rewards them with a prize personalized to the passenger’s travel needs including merchandise, two grand prizes worth 500,000 Aventura points and a five night Caribbean Cruise. The CIBC Aventura Card is known for its exclusive travel concierge service, providing cardholders with dedicated access to travel agents who can plan every aspect of one’s travel itinerary. The CIBC Aventura Travel Concierge Service simplifies the travel experience. The Aventura Virtual Concierge initiative takes it one step further and was designed to not only raise general awareness of the CIBC Aventura card, but also highlight one of the key benefits of being a cardholder.

“Our Concierge is smart and savvy; it detects and tracks people around it and records video with several cameras,” explained Mr. Weir. “Many brands have created vending machines, but we wanted to push the boundaries with this execution, so we’ve equipped it with an inventory control system and custom façade that offers a customized reward based on an algorithm. It truly is a virtual concierge who will bring a smile to a traveler’s face.”

“We loved the concept FUSE brought to us, that combined technology with creativity while underscoring the brand values that CIBC Aventura stands for,” said Monique Giroux, vice president, sponsorship and strategic partnerships, CIBC. “The kick-off of March Break is one of the busiest travel periods and we’re sure that our Virtual Concierge will brighten our cardholders’ travel experience and showcase what Aventura does best, during a typically challenging time.”
