Created by a team at FUSE led by CD, Patrick Weir and creative technologist, Marc Pelland, the concierge was manufactured by Paus+Grün and will be located in GTAA Terminal 3 Departures, near Gate B29.

With the swipe of the CIBC Aventura card, the CIBC Aventura Virtual Concierge engages a passenger with a series of questions and rewards them with a prize personalized to the passenger’s travel needs including merchandise, two grand prizes worth 500,000 Aventura points and a five night Caribbean Cruise. The CIBC Aventura Card is known for its exclusive travel concierge service, providing cardholders with dedicated access to travel agents who can plan every aspect of one’s travel itinerary. The CIBC Aventura Travel Concierge Service simplifies the travel experience. The Aventura Virtual Concierge initiative takes it one step further and was designed to not only raise general awareness of the CIBC Aventura card, but also highlight one of the key benefits of being a cardholder.
