Based in Toronto, the TC Media 1:1 Marketing Solutions and Data Insights unit—which acquired ThinData Inc. in 2008—provides a full suite of marketing solutions, including strategic planning, marketing operations, advance audience segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, automated lifecycle marketing, creative services and reporting. These solutions enable clients achieve relevant one-to-one communication with consumers while integrating and optimizing across different marketing channels.

The new entity will be headquartered in Montreal and led by Normand Bélisle, who will serve as Chief Executive Officer. Scott Jamieson will continue to perform key duties within the organization as General Manager, Toronto and Vice-President, Consulting Services.
