PRESS RELEASE: Montreal, — IDEALI today announced the acquisition of TC Media’s 1:1 Marketing Solutions and Data Insights unit to create RELATION1, the country’s largest one-to-one solution provider offering end-to-end solutions, from data intelligence and email marketing to omnichannel technology and marketing program execution.

RELATION1 will rely on a team of 65 experienced professionals in the fields of marketing, data science and technology in Montreal, Toronto and Quebec City. They will continue to support more than fifty clients, including some of the largest players in the Canadian retail sector.

Based in Toronto, the TC Media 1:1 Marketing Solutions and Data Insights unit—which acquired ThinData Inc. in 2008—provides a full suite of marketing solutions, including strategic planning, marketing operations, advance audience segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, automated lifecycle marketing, creative services and reporting. These solutions enable clients achieve relevant one-to-one communication with consumers while integrating and optimizing across different marketing channels.
