The company provides trade area analysis, market reporting, customer analytics and site evaluation services to hundreds of organizations across North America, and has had an ongoing alliance with Nielsen (formerly Claritas) for many years. Both organizations share a commitment to high-quality standards in service, products and customer support, and will be collaborating on the transition of these products and services to EA from Nielsen.
In a letter to their site clients, the Nielsen team stated that they’re transferring their site and location assets to EA because it is better positioned to serve their clients’ site and location business needs. Nielsen will continue to offer and expand their segmentation and consumer insights products and services.
For the next 12 months, Nielsen client service representatives, along with EA team members, will continue to support and deliver results to current customers. In addition, EA will introduce new products and services—both innovative software solutions and new databases—that enhance and expand the utility of existing products and services.
